They mingle discreetly as waiters and then reveal their vocal talents with a set of well-chosen, high-energy songs. For each event, our team is booked for a full day—from travel and setup to the final performance. The act itself typically involves:

• An undercover period of 1-2 hours, where our waiters blend in and interact with guests.
• A performance set featuring approximately 8 songs that usually lasts around 45 minutes, though we can adjust the duration to suit your event’s schedule.

 Costs vary based on factors like the event date, location, number of performers, and performance length. Our pricing is competitive because we run the business ourselves—no expensive agency fees. You’ll receive a personalized quote that covers:

• A dedicated event planner.
• A tailored, high-quality interactive act.

Absolutely. We work closely with you to tailor the act to your event:

• You can choose from our extensive repertoire (over 50 party songs) or request specific songs.
• We offer advice on timing and set structure to maximize impact, whether you prefer one concentrated set or two shorter sets with a costume change.
• Our performers are experienced in adapting to various event themes and atmospheres.

 In addition to our Singing Waiters, we provide live musical entertainment featuring:

• Saxophonists: Delivering smooth, soulful, and energetic performances.
• Guitarists: Offering both acoustic and electric sets to suit different moods.
• Pianists: Providing versatile music that ranges from classical to contemporary. 
• DJ: One of our Singing Waiters will bring all the DJ equipment and lights and play all your favourite bangers until 12am.

Each act can be customized to create the perfect ambiance for your event.

• Space: Our Singing Waiters require minimal space since they perform among your guests rather than on a dedicated stage.
• Equipment: We bring our own sound equipment; however, for larger venues or if amplification is needed, please ensure access to mains electricity.
• Setup: For small events, our setup can be very brief, while larger events may require a setup time of 60–90 minutes plus a brief sound check.

 Yes, all our performers come with Public Liability Insurance and, where applicable, electrical safety (PAT) certificates. Our team is professionally trained and experienced, ensuring high-quality, reliable entertainment. 

Booking is easy! Contact us via our website, telephone, or email with your event details, including date, location, guest count, and any special requests. Once you sign the contract and pay a small deposit, our team will guide you through the remaining details to ensure a flawless performance. 

We pride ourselves on being flexible. While we recommend booking well in advance to secure the best performers for your preferred date, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings. Please note that once you confirm your booking, standard cancellation fees apply if changes are made afterward. 

 Absolutely – if desired, our sound engineer can provide background music or serve as a DJ for the rest of your event, subject to an additional fee. This service is perfect for maintaining a vibrant atmosphere during transitions between performance sets. In fact, many of our clients opt for the DJ package to streamline their entertainment experience, ensuring a smooth transition from the singing waiters to the dance floor and carrying the energy throughout the evening.
